About the role
 As ServiceNow Business Consultant you will support the HRSD product owner and the HR project lead for AI on an AI discovery, working from the existing configuration of the ServiceNow HRSD environment.
You bring hands-on ServiceNow expertise, technical evidence, and input on cost, feasibility, and implementation.
 The project manager and product owner hold scope, priorities, and decision-making.
The work has two connected halves. Roughly 60% goes to the roadmap and backlog of team HR Portaal, and 40% to AI experiments.
In practice the two overlap, and the split can shift by agreement. You will work closely with the product owner, the project lead, HR process owners, and specialists from ServiceNow itself.
