Job Title: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)

Start Date: May 2025

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Project Context:

Join a high-impact finance-related program focused on Oracle Database technology. The role is critical in ensuring robust testing strategy and execution in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define detailed test plans and test cases aligned with project requirements.

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end test strategy, including functional and non-functional testing.

• Drive test metrics definition for GO/NO-GO decision making.

• Design and manage complex SQL queries for validation and verification.

• Organize and execute testing activities even in time-constrained scenarios.

• Ensure effective test data creation and management strategies.

• Liaise with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in software testing and quality engineering.

• Strong finance domain knowledge; previous experience in finance-related projects is a strong plus.

• Expert-level SQL proficiency, including analytical functions and complex query creation from scratch.

• Certified in ISTQB (Foundation or Advanced).

• Proven ability to define and implement test approaches in fast-paced environments.

• Solid understanding of test data management and validation processes.

• Strong communicator in both English and Dutch/French.

• Experience working with Oracle Database environments.
