Summary Description: 

We are seeking a Workday HCM Administrator with a strong foundation in functional HR operations to support and optimize our Workday environment. This role will act as a key liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Workday is effectively configured to support core HR processes.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Workday HCM experience combined with a background in HR (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HRIS), allowing them to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Requirements Description:

  • 3+ years of Workday HCM administration experience
  • Prior experience in a functional HR role (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Operations, HRIS Analyst)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, org structures, job architecture, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Workday configuration (business processes, security, reporting)
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills – able to bridge HR and technical teams

Tasks Description: -

  • Administer and maintain Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Business Process Framework, Security, Reporting)
  • Partner with HR teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
  • Configure and maintain business processes, organizations, and security roles
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, job changes, compensation updates, and employee data management
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for HR and leadership
  • Assist with Workday releases, testing, and continuous system improvements
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and regulations
