Summary Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials professional with specialized expertise in Financial Data Model (FDM) development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, building, and implementing FDM solutions for clients to optimize their financial processes and reporting capabilities within the Workday Financials environment.

Requirements Description:

• Extensive experience with Workday Financials, specifically FDM configuration, data modeling, and architecture.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and data warehouse concepts.
• Proven experience in designing and building custom FDM solutions for diverse client environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday Financials certification is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks Description:

• Design, develop, and implement FDM configurations to meet client-specific financial reporting and data management needs.
• Architect scalable and efficient FDM structures aligned with best practices and client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective FDM solutions.
• Perform data analysis and mapping to ensure accurate data integration across financial modules.
• Provide expert guidance on FDM best practices, standards, and optimization techniques.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation support for FDM components.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and technical teams on FDM functionalities.
• Stay updated with Workday Financials releases and enhancements related to FDM and advise clients accordingly.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with integrations and data migration within Workday.
• Knowledge of other Workday modules and overall HCM/Financials system architecture.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
