Summary Description:
We are seeking an independent specialist with deep expertise in One Identity Manager to serve as both advisor and developer. This is a contract position focused on delivering key Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) objectives by March 31, 2026. You will work independently but closely with internal teams to guide architectural decisions, develop complex integrations, and support the overall IAM landscape.

Requirements Description:
We are looking for a seasoned One Identity specialist who can operate independently within a DevOps context, providing both strategic advice and hands-on implementation. Key areas include platform upgrades, lifecycle management, SCIM integration development, and replacing legacy tools.

Tasks Description:
•    Analyze and provide advice on current IGA technical debt and deliver implementation solutions where possible
•    Support rollout of the new frontend (“PIT Shop”) to 65,000 users
•    Oversee upgrade to One Identity Manager v9.2.2
•    Develop SCIM integrations for complex and varied domains
•    Phase out existing Self-Service Password Reset Tool and implement replacement within One Identity
•    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation, configuration, and deployment of IGA services
•    Act as SME to advise on architecture, processes, and IAM best practices

Essential Skills/Experience Description:
•    10+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager in complex integration and lifecycle management roles
•    3+ years of experience with One Identity Password Manager
•    Strong development experience with .NET Framework and MS-SQL
•    Proven ability to work independently and deliver within fixed timelines
•    Experience in supporting large-scale user environments (1000+ users)

Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description:
•    Experience working in government,  or other highly regulated environments
•    Familiarity with configuration tuning and adjustments in IAM systems
•    Background in DevOps environments and CI/CD processes
•    Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
