✅ What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping applications

• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with modern frontend or backend frameworks

• Experience scaling systems with technologies like React, Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS

• Proven success in product-focused startup or scale-up environments

• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a sense of ownership

• Ability to balance speed and quality while solving complex problems
