Quality Assurance Lead – SAP S/4 Transformation Program
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to establish and own the technology quality assurance framework for a large SAP S/4 transformation program. This role sits within the Technology Architecture workstream and focuses on defining how quality is governed and assured across development, integration, and platform changes.
This is not a testing role. The focus is on designing and implementing the QA governance framework, operating model, and assurance mechanisms to ensure delivery quality across the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the QA governance framework across development, integration, DVM lifecycle, and platform changes.

Establish quality safeguards, including quality gates, mandatory reviews, and key control points (design, integration, cutover, go-live).

Define and own the Technology QA operating model alongside the Platform Centre of Excellence (C4E), including RACI, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD) from an assurance perspective.

Introduce assurance mechanisms such as independent reviews, readiness assessments, and risk-based quality checks.

Define and monitor quality KPIs and leading indicators to track delivery health.

Act as a second line of defense for delivery quality, aligning QA with Architecture, Security, Risk, and Compliance.
Experience Required

Experience leading quality assurance or delivery assurance in large SAP or ERP transformation programs (S/4 preferred).

Strong understanding of SDLC, integration delivery, and enterprise platform change.

Experience designing QA governance frameworks, quality gates, and assurance models within complex transformation environments.
