Junior–Mid Level Application Support Agent role with a European Gov sector client in Brussels. The position blends policy and IT support and is ideal for someone with around 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally including EU institutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting policy and data analysis
  • Maintaining dashboards, tools, and user documentation
  • Performing data quality control and User Acceptance Testing
