Job Title: Solution Architect – SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite (m/f/d)
Location: Germany

About the Role:

We are seeking a Solution Architect to design and implement holistic solutions for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite and related integrations. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP professional with deep technical expertise in SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and SAP BTP Integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions including integration with third-party systems (e.g., Concur).
• Develop and optimize hybrid integration scenarios between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and external systems.
• Create data flow and interface models, mapping concepts, and identity concepts (organizational and personnel master data).
• Conduct customer workshops and coaching sessions; take ownership of technical project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IT security standards, and GDPR requirements.
• Collaborate with HR departments and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions. Requirements / Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors architecture, integration, or HCM implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, interface technologies (REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP).
• Experience with scripting languages within integration scenarios (Groovy, Java) and security standards (SAML, OAuth 2.0, X.509).
• Solid understanding of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite, including typical integration scenarios.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills.
• Fluent in German (minimum B2/C1) and English.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
