Role Overview:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major, enterprise-wide ERP (SaaS) programme for an international organisation
Own the full lifecycle: business case, design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live stabilisation
Deliver core ERP for Finance, HR & Procurement, with Phase 2 expansion into EPM and RPA/AI
Ensure strong governance, value for money, and a smooth transition for users across the UK & Europe
Drive ERP standardisation while integrating with complex, safety-critical legacy environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall programme leadership, governance, planning, budget control, and benefits realisation
Manage system integrators, vendors, and internal teams; act as the commercial lead
Define target operating models, integration strategy, and standardisation vs customisation decisions
Lead change, adoption, training, deployment, cutover, and hypercare
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and Rail Operations

Skills & Experience:

Proven delivery of large (£5m+) ERP programmes using Oracle Fusion or Workday
Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and regulatory compliance
Experience in complex, regulated or safety-critical environments (aviation, rail, utilities)
Deep expertise in programme governance, vendor management, and change management
Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills across multinational teams
