Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our strategic IT services team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for HR and employee master data-related matters, supporting the implementation of payroll processes in SAP HCM and the HR Mini Master within our ERP system. You will be instrumental in guiding the entire change lifecycle, from requirement analysis to go-live, and will have the opportunity to contribute creatively to key projects, including the replacement of our payroll system and the S4HANA project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for HR and employee master data topics.
  • Support internal customers with salary-related processes in SAP HCM on-premise and the HR Mini Master.
  • Manage the full change lifecycle: requirement analysis, technical concept, implementation, testing, and go-live.
  • Play a key role in projects such as payroll system replacement and the establishment of HR Mini Master in the S4HANA project.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Several years of experience with SAP HCM on-premise, particularly with SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Expertise in payroll customizing, including schemes and rules.
  • Ideally, experience with cloud systems like peopledoc or Workday.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Openness to new technologies and their integration into existing HR IT landscapes.
  • Structured, independent working style with strong communication and teamwork skills.
