Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored technical solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform
  • Customise CRM workflows and extend functionality using Power Apps (Canvas, Model‑Driven, Portal) and Power Automate
  • Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable configurations
  • Support mobile capability deployments and troubleshoot integration challenges
  • Contribute to testing, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience implementing and customising Dynamics 365 CE
  • Strong proficiency with Power Apps (Canvas, Model‑Driven, Portal) and Dataverse architecture
  • Solid understanding of CRM enhancement strategies and mobile functionality
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Experience with project planning, effort estimation, and solution costing
